Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones are the hosts of the program, which remains a separate entity from the earlier hours of Today. Today with Jenna & Sheinelle debuted on January 12, 2026, as the fourth hour of Today, following Jenna & Friends. Until January (various other personalities from Today and NBC News filled in), at which point it was announced that Al Roker, Sheinelle Jones, Dylan Dreyer, and Craig Melvin would serve as the official hosts, with the show evolving into a primarily panel discussion format under the title The 3rd Hour.
